Long-distance trips
Well beyond the Wasatch Front — St George, Moab, Jackson in Wyoming, Sun Valley in Idaho and Wendover in Nevada. The same full-size SUV and the same driver the whole way, for your party only.
These are quoted per trip rather than priced off a list. A drive of this length moves with the dates, the party, the vehicle it needs and the exact addresses at both ends, so we put a number on your trip instead of publishing one that would be wrong for most people.
A one way is normal
Most of these trips are one way, and that’s the usual way to book one. It’s worth knowing what you’re paying for: the vehicle and the driver make the round trip either way and come back empty. That’s built into the quote rather than added to it, and it’s the main reason these are priced per trip.
Never a shared ride
Nobody else is picked up along the route and there’s no stop that isn’t yours. Your driver is yours for the trip, and the rate is for the vehicle: one fare, however many of you there are.
Room for the party and the gear
Five passengers with luggage or full ski gear, or six traveling lighter, and the bags ride in the back rather than on anyone’s lap. Skis, boards and boot bags are included, and so are child car seats on request. For a bigger group there’s a 14 passenger van, quoted per trip.
We meet the flight
If the trip starts at the airport, we track the flight and move the pickup to your actual arrival. Wait time is free for 45 minutes from the moment you land, and $1.25 a minute after that.
Short notice is often the point
A good share of long-distance work is booked at short notice, because the reason for it has just happened. Call rather than book online: the system closes 24 hours before pickup, so anything inside that window has to go through the phone, and those carry a 20% late booking fee — included in the quote you get before you commit.
Licensed, insured and set up for the drive
Licensed, and insured commercially for carrying passengers. The vehicles run 4WD on winter tires through the season. Not every car that will drive you a long way is either of those things, and it’s the kind of thing that only matters once.

Quoted per trip
There’s no rate list for these, and that’s deliberate rather than evasive — one published figure would be wrong for almost everybody who reads it. Tell us the dates, how many of you there are, where you’re being picked up and where you’re going, and we’ll come back with a firm price.
That price is settled before you book and it does not move afterwards. No meter, no surge, and nothing added at the end. Payment is by card when the reservation is made, and an invoice is emailed when the trip is complete.

Sun Valley in Idaho and Wendover in Nevada are quoted exactly the same way — they just don’t have a page of their own yet. Somewhere else entirely? Ask. If we can do it well we will say so, and if we can’t we will tell you that instead.

How do we get a price?
Tell us the dates, the size of the party, the pickup point and the destination address, and we’ll come back with a firm figure. Call or text (801) 432-0033, or send it through the contact form. The number you get is the number you pay.
Why isn’t there a price list?
Because any single figure would be wrong for most people. These trips move with the dates, the party size, the vehicle and the exact addresses at both ends, and publishing one number would mean quoting some customers too high and others too low. The trips inside our regular service area are on the rates page, where a starting figure is genuinely useful.
Is it cheaper one way?
A one way is the normal way these run and it’s what most people need. The vehicle and driver make the round trip either way and come back empty, so that’s already in the quote rather than added to it. If you want the return leg as well, say so when you ask and we’ll price both.
How many of us can you take, and what about the bags?
The full-size SUV takes five passengers with luggage or full ski gear, or six traveling lighter, and the bags go in the back rather than on anybody’s lap. For a larger party there’s a 14 passenger van, quoted per trip. Groups larger than fourteen are quoted on request.
Can you pick us up at the airport?
Yes, and that’s how a lot of these start. We track the flight and move the pickup to your actual arrival, so a delay isn’t something you have to call about. Curbside is standard — at Salt Lake City that’s the first curb outside the Ground Transportation doors, between columns 5A and 6A — and meet and greet inside baggage claim is available for $40.

Where do you go closer to home?
Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Utah, Summit, Wasatch, Morgan, Tooele and Cache counties — the whole valley, both Cottonwood canyons, Park City and the Heber valley, Ogden and the I-84 corridor, and down through Utah County. Those trips are priced off the rates page rather than quoted.
