Planning it
Wedding work is quoted rather than priced off a list — the timings, the number of trips and the venues all matter. Send us the day’s schedule and we will build the transport around it.
Book early. Saturdays through the summer and the fall go first.
Bachelor and bachelorette weekends
Park City gets a lot of them, and they run on the same principle as the wedding: one driver who knows the whole weekend’s plan, not a different car every time somebody calls.

How it is priced
A night with several stops is usually simplest by the hour. Hourly charter starts at $120 an hour for the full-size SUV, three hour minimum, and the car waits between stops instead of being booked leg by leg. The van is available by the hour too, quoted on request.
Pickups run 24/7, so the last run of the night is not a problem. Never a shared ride — the vehicle is your party’s for the whole time.
