Finding us at SLC
Salt Lake City International is a long walk from the gate to the curb. Here is exactly what to do, in order.

Connect with your driver
They confirmed the day before and reached out when you landed. Reply so they know you got it — a thumbs up is enough — and say you are heading to baggage.

Walk out through the Canyon
You walk out through a long corridor past security. The airport calls it the Canyon.

Collect your bags
Delta baggage claim is on your right and every other airline is to the left. Skis, boards and golf bags come out on the oversized carousel against the north wall.

Text your driver before you head down
Text them as soon as you have your bags, not once you are outside. Your driver starts moving to the curb while you come down.

Go down one floor
Take the escalator or the elevator down to the ground floor, luggage and all.

Head out the Ground Transportation doors
They are signed clearly. Go straight through them and outside.

Meet us between columns 5A and 6A
We are at the first curb outside the doors. Look for the 5A and 6A signs on the columns — your driver is waiting between them.
If you have crossed a road, at street level or on a walkway above it, you have gone too far. Turn around and come back to the first curb.
