The trip goes on the calendar when you reserve it, with a driver assigned to it. Nothing to be accepted on the morning, no surge on the invoice, and the receipt matches what you were quoted.

Licensed, and insured commercially for carrying passengers. Not every car that will take you to the airport is either, and it’s the kind of thing that only matters once.

The drive
The trip to the terminal is north on I-15 through the Point of the Mountain. How long that takes depends on your exact address, the hour and the weather, so the reservation system shows the estimated drive time on your quote, before you book.
Lehi is in Utah County, which is why Provo is the cheaper airport from here.

Lehi questions
Does the rate change during ski season or on a holiday?
No. What moves the number is your exact address, the time of day, and any extras, and you see all of that in the quote before you book. Winter is our busiest stretch, so reserve as early as you can.
Can you pick up at a Lehi office or a hotel?
Yes. Any Lehi address, residential or commercial. Tell us the building and the door when you reserve if it’s a campus where that isn’t obvious.
How many people and bags fit?
Six passengers with luggage in the full-size SUV: a roll-aboard and a laptop bag, or the whole family’s bags for two weeks. A child car seat is included on request. For bigger groups there’s a 14 passenger van, quoted per trip rather than priced off a list.
Do you serve Provo Airport as well?
Yes, and from Lehi it’s the shorter trip, and both rates are in the table above. We serve Salt Lake City International, Provo and Ogden, with the same flight tracking and the same free wait time at each, plus the private aviation ramps at Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden and Heber.
Can I book the car by the hour instead?
Yes. The SUV is available by the hour with a three hour minimum. Useful for a day of meetings or anything with several stops where you would rather keep the car than book each leg.
Do you drive to games and concerts as well?
Yes. LaVell Edwards Stadium and Rice-Eccles for the football, the Delta Center for Jazz and Mammoth games, the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre and Red Butte Garden. Dropped at the entrance and picked up at the same spot afterwards. Games go to overtime and encores run long; we’re there when you come out, not when the schedule said you would.
