Airport transfers — Bluffdale
Bluffdale to SLC Airport
Bluffdale sits at the very bottom of the valley, which makes the run to the terminal one of the longer ones in Salt Lake County and the pickup time the thing worth getting right. From your Bluffdale address to the curb, confirmed the day before and kept.
Based in Riverton, minutes away
Home base is one city north, so the long part of a Bluffdale airport run is the drive to the terminal rather than us getting to you. Book ahead all the same — being close by is not the same as being free.
Two ways north, and we pick one
I-15, or Redwood Road and Bangerter up the west side — which is faster depends entirely on the hour you are traveling. That is our problem to solve on the morning, not a calculation for you to make the night before.
The drive time is on your quote
You choose the pickup time when you reserve, and the reservation system shows the estimated drive to the terminal before you book. From this end of the valley it is a longer run than most of the county, so it is worth reading that number rather than assuming. Your driver confirms with you the day before.
Booked, not requested
The trip is on the calendar with a driver assigned to it from the moment you reserve. That matters more at this end of the valley, where a request going unanswered at 4 a.m. has fewer people to reach.
Licensed and commercially insured
Licensed, and insured commercially for carrying passengers. Not every car that will take you to the airport is either, and it is the kind of thing that only matters once.
We watch your flight home
Delays, early arrivals, diversions — we move the pickup to your actual landing without you having to call, and the 45 minutes of free wait time starts from then rather than from your scheduled arrival.
Your price before you book
The number comes back before you commit and does not move afterwards. No surge, no recalculation overnight, no different figure on the receipt.
Room for all of it
Six passengers with luggage in the full-size SUV. Your driver loads it in the driveway and takes it out at the curb, so nothing about the bags is your job. Child car seats are included on request.

The drive
The run to the terminal is one of the longer ones in Salt Lake County. How long it takes depends on your exact address, the hour and the weather, so the reservation system shows the estimated drive time on your quote — before you book.
The vehicles run 4WD on winter tires, so a storm at the south end of the valley is not a reason to move your flight.

Bluffdale questions
What does a ride from Bluffdale to SLC Airport cost?
Starting at $75 in the full-size SUV, either direction. Rates start there and rise with your exact address, the time of day, and any extras — so we quote you a price before you book, and that price does not change afterwards. Airport fees are in the price.
Is Bluffdale more than Riverton or Draper?
No. The south end of the Salt Lake valley starts at the same $75, and what moves the number from there is your exact address, the time of day, and any extras — the same as anywhere else we go.
How early do I need to be picked up?
Salt Lake City International recommends two hours before a domestic departure and three for an international one, so work back from that. You choose your pickup time when you reserve, and the reservation system shows the estimated drive to the terminal before you book — from this end of the valley it is one of the longer runs in the county, so it is worth reading that number rather than estimating. It is always better to be at the airport early than late.
Will you wait if my flight lands late?
Yes, and there is nothing to call about. We track the flight and move the pickup to your actual arrival. Wait time is free for 45 minutes from the moment you land, and $1.25 a minute after that.
How far ahead should I reserve?
As early as you can. The further ahead we know about a trip, the better we can plan the day around it — and holiday weeks, ski-season Saturdays and Sunday morning runs to the airport fill first. Twenty-four hours still works for most trips, and we take later ones by phone.
Do you drive to games and concerts as well?
Yes. The Delta Center, the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre, Red Butte Garden, the Maverik Center and the stadiums. From this end of the valley it is a long way home at midnight, which is the point — we drop you at the entrance, collect you at the same spot, and everyone gets the whole evening.
