Ski resort transfers — Park City
SLC Airport to Park City
Off the plane, up over Parley’s Summit, and dropped at whichever door you are actually going to. Your skis ride free, nobody else is in the vehicle, and the price is settled before you book.
Your gear comes free
Skis, boards and boot bags are part of the fare rather than a line on the bill. Five passengers with ski gear in the full-size SUV, six with regular bags.
Never a shared ride
No other parties, no circuit of four hotels before yours, no standing in the terminal while a van fills up. Your driver is yours from the curb to your door.
Ready for the canyon in any weather
4WD on winter tires all season. A storm sitting over Parley’s with the plows out is an ordinary morning rather than a reason to renegotiate your trip.
We track your flight
Delays, early arrivals, diversions — we are watching the same board you are, and we move the pickup without you having to call. Your 45 minutes of free wait time starts when you actually land.
Booked, not requested
Your trip goes on the calendar when you reserve it, with a driver assigned to it. Nothing is waiting to be accepted while you stand at the curb, and nobody drops the trip because a better fare appeared.
Door to door
The lodge, the condo, the rental on a side street — wherever you are staying, not a drop-off point at the edge of town where you and the luggage become somebody else’s problem.
Your price before you book
You get the number first, and it does not move afterwards. No surge because it snowed overnight, no recalculation, no different figure on the receipt.

Full-size SUV · either direction
| SLC Airport ↔ Park City | from $170 |
| Provo Airport ↔ Park City | from $200 |
Rates start here and rise with your exact address, the time of day, and any extras. Airport fees are in the price. A day trip to a mountain you are not staying at, and the 14 passenger van, are both quoted per trip.
More rates & what’s included →A pickup late at night, overnight or early in the morning costs more than the same trip in the middle of the day. Whichever applies is in the price we quote you, so nothing is added afterwards.
Where we drop off in Park City
Any Park City address — hotel, condo, or a private home on a street a map pin does not quite find. Tell us the unit number when you reserve and we will note it.
The drive
Out of the valley on I-80 and up through Parley’s Canyon, then down into town. How long that takes depends on where you are staying, the hour and what the weather is doing, so rather than print a number that may not hold, the reservation system shows the estimated drive time on your quote — before you book.
The vehicles run 4WD on winter tires all season, which is what keeps us moving on a morning when the summit is being plowed.
Call or text us your flight info on (801) 432-0033 and we’ll help you choose the best pickup time.
Park City questions
How much is a ride from Salt Lake City Airport to Park City?
Starting at $170 in the full-size SUV, either direction. Rates start there and rise with your exact address, the time of day, and any extras — so we quote you a price before you book, and that price does not change afterwards. Airport fees are in the price.
Do skis and snowboards cost extra?
No. Skis, boards and boot bags are part of the fare. Five passengers travel comfortably with ski gear in the full-size SUV, six with regular bags. For a larger group there is a 14 passenger van, quoted per trip rather than priced off a list.
Where do we meet you at the airport?
Curbside as standard. Your driver confirms with you the day before, then meets you at the first curb outside between columns 5A and 6A. If you would rather be met inside baggage claim, meet and greet costs $40.
Can you take us to another resort for a day?
Yes. A day trip to a mountain you are not staying at is quoted per trip rather than priced off a list, because it depends on which one and on whether we wait for you. Tell us the plan and we will put a number on it before you book.
Will you wait if my flight lands late?
Yes, and there is nothing to call about. We track the flight and move the pickup to your actual arrival. Wait time is free for 45 minutes from the moment you land, and $1.25 a minute after that — we will tell you if we are getting close.
How far ahead should I reserve?
As early as you can. The further ahead we know about a trip, the better we can plan the day around it — and holiday weeks and the busiest stretches of January go first. Twenty-four hours still works for most trips, and we take later ones by phone.
