Airport transfers — Herriman

Herriman to SLC Airport

Out at the west edge of the valley, up against the Oquirrhs, Herriman is one of the longer runs to the terminal in Salt Lake County — which makes the pickup time the thing worth getting right. You choose it, we confirm it the day before, and we turn up.

Based in Riverton, minutes away

Home base is the next city over, so Herriman is one of the towns we reach easily and know properly. Being close is what makes the pickup dependable; it is not what makes it available at short notice.

It is a longer run from here

Further than the same trip from the middle of the valley, so the time you pick wants to allow for it. The reservation system shows the estimated drive to the terminal before you book, and your driver confirms with you the day before.

A confirmed reservation, not a request

You book, and the trip is on the calendar with a driver assigned to it. Your driver confirms with you the day before, so there is nothing waiting to be accepted at four in the morning and nobody dropping the trip because a better fare appeared.

Licensed and commercially insured

Licensed, and insured commercially for carrying passengers. Not every car that will take you to the airport is either, and it is the kind of thing that only matters once.

We watch your flight home

Delays, early arrivals, diversions — we move the pickup to your actual landing without you having to call, and the 45 minutes of free wait time starts from then.

Your price before you book

The number comes back before you commit and does not move afterwards. No surge, no recalculation overnight, no different figure on the receipt.

Room for all of it

Six passengers with luggage in the full-size SUV, and the cases go in the back where they belong. A child car seat is included on request.

A pickup late at night, overnight or early in the morning costs more than the same trip in the middle of the day. Whichever applies is in the price we quote you, so nothing is added afterwards.

The drive

The run to the terminal is usually out on Mountain View Corridor or Bangerter Highway. How long it takes depends on your exact address, the hour and the weather, so the reservation system shows the estimated drive time on your quote — before you book.

The vehicles run 4WD on winter tires, so a storm on the west side of the valley is not a reason to move your flight.

Herriman questions

How much is airport transportation from Herriman?

Starting at $75 in the full-size SUV, either direction. Rates start there and rise with your exact address, the time of day, and any extras — so we quote you a price before you book, and that price does not change afterwards. Airport fees are in the price.

Will a driver really come out to Herriman at 4 in the morning?

Yes. Pickups run 24/7, 365 days, and early departures are a regular part of what we do. A pickup at that hour costs more than the same trip in the middle of the day, and the figure is in your quote before you book. You can reserve online at any hour; the phone is answered 9 AM to 10 PM Mountain time, and it takes texts as well as calls.

Does the rate change during ski season?

No. What moves the number is your exact address, the time of day, and any extras — and all of that is in the quote before you book. Winter is our busiest stretch, though, so reserve as early as you can.

How many people fit?

The full-size SUV takes six passengers with their luggage, and the cases go in the back rather than on a lap. For bigger groups there is a 10 passenger van, quoted per trip rather than priced off a list. If your group is larger than ten, ask and we will quote it.

Will you wait if my flight lands late?

Yes, and there is nothing to call about. We track the flight and move the pickup to your actual arrival. Wait time is free for 45 minutes from the moment you land, and $1.25 a minute after that.

Do you drive to games and concerts as well?

Yes. The Delta Center for Jazz and Mammoth games, the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre, the Maverik Center, Red Butte Garden and the stadiums. Dropped at the entrance, collected at the same spot when it ends, and nobody in the party has to draw the short straw and stay off the drink.
