Ski resort transfers — Deer Valley
SLC Airport to Deer Valley
Deer Valley is spread over several base areas at three different elevations, and the one you want is whichever is closest to your bed. Tell us the lodge or the address and that is where you are set down — bags, boots and all.
The right base, not the nearest one
Snow Park at the bottom, Silver Lake partway up, East Village on its own side — they are a long way apart with luggage. Give us the lodge or the unit number and we take you to that one.
Your gear comes free
Skis and boot bags are part of the fare, not an add-on. Five passengers with ski gear in the full-size SUV, six with regular bags.
Never a shared ride
No other parties and no stops before yours. On a resort with this many drop-off points, a shared van means sitting through everybody else’s arrival before your own.
We track your flight
Delays, early arrivals, diversions — we move the pickup to your actual landing without you having to call, and the 45 minutes of free wait time starts from then.
Ready for the canyon in any weather
4WD on winter tires all season. The climb up from town is steep and it gets its own weather; that is a normal drive for us rather than an adventure.
Booked, not requested
You reserve, and the trip is on the calendar with a driver assigned to it. Nothing is waiting to be accepted while you stand outside with cold hands and four ski bags.
Your price before you book
The number comes back before you commit and does not move afterwards. No surge on a powder Friday, no different figure on the receipt.
Deer Valley, starting at
Full-size SUV · either direction
| SLC Airport ↔ Deer Valley | from $170 |
Rates start here and rise with your exact address, the time of day, and any extras. Airport fees are in the price. A day trip to a mountain you are not staying at, and the 14 passenger van, are both quoted per trip.
More rates & what’s included →A pickup late at night, overnight or early in the morning costs more than the same trip in the middle of the day. Whichever applies is in the price we quote you, so nothing is added afterwards.
Where we drop off at Deer Valley
Any Deer Valley address, and anywhere in Park City besides. Private homes up the hill are often easier to find by unit or building name than by pin, so send us whichever you have.
The drive
Out of the valley on I-80, up through Parley’s Canyon and down into Park City, then the climb to whichever base you are staying at. How long that takes depends on the hour, the weather and how far up you are going, so the reservation system shows the estimated drive time on your quote — before you book.
The vehicles run 4WD on winter tires all season. The last part of the drive is the steepest part, and it is the part that most rewards having the right tires under you.
Call or text us your flight info on (801) 432-0033 and we’ll help you choose the best pickup time.
Deer Valley questions
How much is a ride from Salt Lake City Airport to Deer Valley?
Starting at $170 in the full-size SUV, either direction. Rates start there and rise with your exact address, the time of day, and any extras — so we quote you a price before you book, and that price does not change afterwards. Airport fees are in the price.
Will you take us all the way up to Silver Lake or Empire Pass?
Yes. Whichever base area or private address you are staying at, that is the door you are dropped at. It is worth telling us which one when you reserve, because they sit well apart from each other and the difference matters a great deal when you are carrying boots.
Do skis and gear cost extra?
No. Skis and boot bags are part of the fare. Five passengers travel comfortably with ski gear in the full-size SUV, six with regular bags. For a larger group there is a 14 passenger van, quoted per trip rather than priced off a list.
Where do we meet you at the airport?
Curbside as standard. Your driver confirms with you the day before, then meets you at the first curb outside between columns 5A and 6A. If you would rather be met inside baggage claim, meet and greet costs $40.
Will you wait if my flight lands late?
Yes, and there is nothing to call about. We track the flight and move the pickup to your actual arrival. Wait time is free for 45 minutes from the moment you land, and $1.25 a minute after that — we will tell you if we are getting close.
How far ahead should I reserve?
As early as you can. The further ahead we know about a trip, the better we can plan the day around it — and holiday weeks and the busiest stretches of January go first. Twenty-four hours still works for most trips, and we take later ones by phone.
